zoldbolt.hu: 400% Sales Growth with ÁrGép.hu
zoldbolt.hu is an online shop for environmentally conscious buyers, specializing in the sale of eco-friendly laundry, dishwashing, and cleaning products as well as high-quality cosmetic items. The product range includes so-called "Zero Waste" products, which serve as alternatives to plastic items used in households and shopping. The product portfolio is complemented by offerings for babies and children, as well as by books and publications on the topic of "environment".
ÁrGép.hu is one of the largest price comparison services in Hungary and, as an independent consumer platform, offers comprehensive information for end users. ÁrGép.hu is operated by guenstiger.de GmbH. In addition to our Hungarian sister site, ÁrPortál.hu, the German platforms guenstiger.de, Preissuchmaschine.de, and preis.info also belong to our corporate group. As a certified Google Premium CSS Partner, ÁrGép.hu is moreover authorized to run Product Listing Ads (PLA) on Google, allowing it to reach additional customer groups in Hungary beyond classical price comparison.
Challenge
Since the launch of its online shop in June 2024, zoldbolt.hu has been working directly with ÁrGép.hu. The focus of this collaboration was to support the market launch in the online space and to increase awareness via the Google Shopping channel, while continuously improving the traffic KPIs.
Approach
By setting up webshop-specific identifiers in the UNAS-based webshop, real-time monitoring of traffic, sales, and cost data became possible. This was one of the main guidelines in building the campaign. Ongoing input from the client—regarding the campaign and product range—also contributed significantly to success. Our team of marketing and analytics experts used a central platform to increase the visibility of the shop’s offerings. API integration with the Google Ads platform enabled rapid campaign optimization as well as increased transactions and revenue.
Results
Through an advanced, partially automated bidding strategy, we were able to achieve excellent results on the Google Shopping channel. Compared to H2 2024, revenue in H2 2025 increased by 400 %, the number of transactions by 354 %, and clicks by 93 %.
